“Calling the Shots, with Keith Irizarry” is a fast paced, entertaining sports talk show that will give you all the information you need about the hot and trending stories. Keith is not afraid to dive into controversial topics and discuss the off the beaten path stories as well.

Keith has been a national TV and Radio personality for more than a decade and he brings his fire and passion to NBC Sports Radio as the host of the afternoon drive time show. Keith loves to interact with callers and social media followers. So, while he brings the heat: he expects you to bring it right back.

Keith Irizarry has been nominated for 2 New York Emmy’s for his work as a play by play announcer and host.

Additionally, Keith can be seen on Sunday mornings during the NFL season on CBS Sports Network on That Other Pregame Show as a Host and Fantasy Football Analyst.

Keith is the Program Coordinator for Hofstra’s Continuing Education Sports Journalism Program. He has worked as a host on Sirius-XM for all of its sports channels, on Yahoo! Sports Radio, and handled voiceovers for the NHL, through Neulion, Inc.

Keith is a 2002 graduate of Hofstra University. After graduation, Keith began working with Cablevision as a play-by-play announcer, host, and reporter for various sports and teams, including the Long Island Ducks. He spent a few seasons as the play-by-play voice of Rutgers women’s sports, Princeton Sports, Manhattan College basketball, and Stony Brook men’s basketball.

Keith is a Long Island native, and a Lindenhurst High School graduate.
