ARI WOLFE
Ari Wolfe reprises his role as a table tennis play-by-play announcer for NBC Sports Group at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Wolfe called his first Olympics during the 2012 Olympic Summer Games in London.
Wolfe currently calls NFL games for NFL Network, ESPN, CBS Sports Network, and Root Sports. He also serves as an anchor and reporter for NFL Network, primarily as a news anchor for NFL Network Now news updates. In 2005, Wolfe won his first Emmy Award for “Outstanding Achievement in Play-by-Play” for his composite work at the University of Louisville. During 2014, he worked for the NFL Network, ESPN, CBS, Root Sports, Time Warner Cable Sports Net, Campus Insiders and the Mountain West Network.
After graduating from Emory University in 1994, Wolfe earned a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Southern California in 1997. A native of Madison, Wis., Wolfe now lives in Los Angeles, Calif.
