Kam and O’Shea highlight a strong field set to compete in Shanghai. The newly crowned U.S. pairs champions enter this week’s event aiming to win their fourth international medal as a team. Other notable skaters expected to compete in singles this week include 2022 Olympic silver medalist Yuma Kagiyama (Japan), 2018 Four Continents champion Jin Boyang (China), and reigning Four Continents women’s singles champion Lee Hae-In (South Korea). Also expected to compete are the reigning world pairs champions from Japan, Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara, who aim to defend their title at this event.
