Live Coverage of European Figure Skating Championships from Kaunas, Lithuania, Begins Tomorrow with the Pairs’ Short at 6 a.m. ET on Peacock

Every Skater in Every Discipline of the European Championships Will Stream Live on Peacock

STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 9, 2024 – NBC Sports presents live coverage of the 2024 European Figure Skating Championships from Zalgiris Arena in Kaunas, Lithuania, beginning this Wednesday, Jan. 10, with the pairs’ short at 6 a.m. ET on Peacock. More than 30 hours of live coverage will be presented across Peacock and E! this week, with every skater in every discipline streamed live on Peacock.

Defending champions and 2022 Olympians Adam Siao Him Fa (France) and Anastasia Gubanova (Georgia) will look to retain their titles in men’s and women’s singles at this week’s event. At Grand Prix France in November, Siao Him Fa became the sixth man under the current ISU Judging System to join the 100–200–300 club: a 100-point short program, 200-point free skate, and 300-point total score.

Additionally, two-time Olympian and reigning world bronze medalist Loena Hendrickx (Belgium) is also expected to compete in the women’s singles division this week. The ice dance team of Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri, who have represented Italy at three consecutive Olympics, are expected to compete for their second consecutive European title.

On the NBC and E! windows, Terry Gannon will handle play-by-play alongside 1998 Nagano Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski, and three-time U.S. champion Johnny Weir as analysts.
