Every Skater in Every Discipline Streamed Live on Peacock this Weekend
STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 2, 2023 – NBC Sports’ coverage of the 2023-24 figure skating season continues this weekend with Grand Prix France, beginning Friday, Nov. 3, at 8 a.m. ET live exclusively on Peacock from Angers IceParc in Angers, France. The entire competition, including every skater in every discipline, can be streamed live on Peacock.
2023 U.S. champions Ilia Malinin and Isabeau Levito headline the American athletes expected to compete this weekend. Malinin is coming off a first-place performance at Skate America in October, where he set personal bests in free skate (206.41) and overall (310.47).
2022 Beijing Olympians Adam Siao Him Fa (France), Wakaba Higuchi (Japan), Yuma Kagiyama (Japan), and Anastasia Gubanova (Georgia) highlight the international contingent at this weekend’s competition. Both Higuchi and Kagiyama earned medals in the team event for Japan in Beijing, while Kagiyama also won silver in singles.
An encore highlights presentation of 2023 Grand Prix France will air on NBC on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 12:30 p.m. ET. Andrea Joyce will call the event alongside 1998 Nagano Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski and three-time U.S. champion Johnny Weir.
