STAMFORD, Conn. – December 29, 2022 – NBC Sports’ Premier League “Festive Fixtures” continues this weekend, highlighted by first-place Arsenal visiting Brighton & Hove Albion this Saturday, Dec. 31 at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC, Peacock and Universo.

In their first PL match since the World Cup break, Arsenal topped West Ham, 3-1 on Monday and are five points ahead of second-place Manchester City. Brighton & Hove Albion defeated Southampton, 3-1, on Monday. Peter Drury and Lee Dixon will call the match live from the Amex Stadium.

This weekend’s coverage begins tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 30, with Premier League Live at 2:30 p.m. ET on USA Network, followed by West Ham hosting Brentford at 2:45 p.m. ET on USA Network and Universo. At 3 p.m. ET on Peacock, Leicester City visit Liverpool.

On Saturday, Premier League Mornings begins at 7 a.m. ET on USA Network, followed by Manchester United visiting Wolverhampton Wanderers at 7:30 a.m. ET on USA Network and Universo. Four matches will be presented live at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday: Newcastle v. Leeds United (USA Network, Universo), Fulham v. Southampton (Peacock), Manchester City v. Everton (Peacock), and Bournemouth v. Crystal Palace (Peacock). The Goal Rush whip-around show will stream live on Peacock at 10 a.m. ET, providing viewers the most compelling action in real time and on replay so they won’t miss a single goal or key play.

Following Brighton & Hove Albion-Arsenal on Saturday (12:30 p.m. ET on NBC, Peacock and Universo) is Goal Zone at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. Then at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBC, THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW, hosted by Roger Bennett and Michael Davies, returns with a new episode.

Sunday’s coverage begins with Premier League Mornings at 8 a.m. ET on Peacock, followed by Tottenham hosting Aston Villa at 9 a.m. ET (Peacock) and Chelsea visiting Nottingham Forest at 11:30 a.m. ET (Peacock). Goal Zone will air at 1:30 p.m. ET on Peacock, with an encore on NBC at 4 p.m. ET.

“Festive Fixtures” concludes next week with matches from Monday, Jan.2 – Thursday, Jan. 5. Highlighting the midweek slate is Arsenal hosting third-place Newcastle on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 2:45 p.m. ET on USA Network and Universo and PL leading goal-scorer Erling Haaland and second-place Manchester City visiting Christian Pulisic and Chelsea on Thursday, Jan. 5 at 3 p.m. ET on Peacock.

Premier League title winners Alan Shearer and Gary Cahill will join NBC Sports’ studio team of Rebecca Lowe, Robbie Earle, Robbie Mustoe and Tim Howard on-location for the Premier League Mornings Live fan festival in Orlando, Florida, on January 21-22, 2023. This season, Peacock will once again stream all games airing on the NBC broadcast network live. In addition, Peacock will feature studio shows, full match replays and the Premier League TV channel. All matchdays and windows exclusively on Peacock will feature NBC Sports’ Premier League studio coverage.

BOXING DAY VIEWERSHIP MILESTONES

Monday’s traditional Boxing Day matches delivered viewership milestones for USA Network. The 12:30 p.m. ET Aston Villa-Liverpool game was the most-watched Boxing Day match ever on cable (on record) — with a Total Audience Delivery (TAD) of 838,000 viewers – and led to a three-match average of 575,000 viewers on Monday, which is the best on cable for a Boxing Day since 2015.
