Premier League’s Return on Boxing Day Marks Beginning of “Festive Fixtures” with PL Matches on 10 of 11 Days from Dec. 26-Jan. 5

STAMFORD, Conn. – December 15, 2022 – NBC Sports’ Premier League studio team of Rebecca Lowe, Robbie Earle, Robbie Mustoe and Tim Howard will travel to the U.K. to host special shows from pitch-side desks as the Premier League returns from its World Cup break, beginning on Boxing Day, Monday, Dec. 26.

The Premier League’s return to action from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ break on Boxing Day marks the beginning of “Festive Fixtures” with PL matches on 10 of 11 days from Dec. 26-Jan. 5.

Lowe, Earle, Mustoe, and Howard will host the Premier League Mornings, Premier League Live, and Goal Zone shows from on-site at Emirates Stadium on Mon., Dec. 26 (Arsenal-West Ham), Old Trafford on Tues., Dec. 27 (Manchester United-Nottingham Forest) and Elland Road on Wed., Dec. 28 (Leeds United-Manchester City). The shows will also welcome special guests to the pitch-side desks throughout the week.

On Boxing Day, coverage begins at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Mornings on USA Network, followed by Tottenham visiting Brentford at 7:30 a.m. ET (USA Network, Universo). Four matches will take place live at 10 a.m. ET: Leicester City v. Newcastle (USA Network, Universo), Everton v. Wolverhampton Wanderers (Peacock), Crystal Palace v. Fulham (Peacock), and Southampton v. Brighton & Hove Albion (Peacock). At 12:30 p.m. ET, Liverpool visit Aston Villa on USA Network and Universo.

Concluding Monday’s Boxing Day action is first-place Arsenal hosting West Ham at 3 p.m. ET on Peacock. NBC Sports’ match commentary team of Peter Drury and Graeme Le Saux will call the match live from Emirates Stadium. Peacock will also present Arsenal-West Ham live in Spanish. Following the match is Goal Zone at 5 p.m. ET on Peacock.

Tuesday’s coverage begins at Noon ET on USA Network with Lowe, Earle, Mustoe, and Howard hosting Premier League Live from Old Trafford, followed by Chelsea hosting Bournemouth at 12:30 p.m. ET (USA Network, Universo). At 3 p.m. ET, Manchester United host Nottingham Forest on USA Network and Universo. Drury, Lee Dixon, and Le Saux will call the match live from Old Trafford.

The matchweek concludes on Wednesday, Dec. 28, with live on-site coverage from Elland Road beginning with Premier League Live at 2 p.m. ET on USA Network. At 3 p.m. ET, Jesse Marsch and Leeds United, featuring USMNT players Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams, host PL leading goal-scorer Erling Haaland and second-place Manchester City on USA Network and Universo. Joe Speight, Dixon and Le Saux will call the action live from Elland Road.
