STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 16, 2022 – The LPGA Tour’s season-ending event, the CME Group Tour Championship, that will crown the ‘Race to the CME Globe Champion’ at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Fla., headlines NBC Sports’ live tournament coverage across three events this week on NBC, GOLF Channel and Peacock.
LPGA TOUR: CME GROUP TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP
The CME Group Tour Championship, featuring the top 60 players on the year-long Race to the CME Globe standings, takes place this week from Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Fla. The winner, who will be crowned “Race to the CME Globe Champion,” earns an LPGA Tour-best $2 million first prize.
The LPGA Rolex Player of the Year will also be awarded following the season finale as Lydia Ko (150 pts) narrowly leads the standings over Minjee Lee (149 pts), Brooke Henderson (130 pts), and Atthaya Thitikul (130 pts).
Live coverage begins Thursday at 3 p.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock, with streaming coverage on NBC Sports digital platforms teeing off at 2 p.m. ET. The final round of the CME Group Tour Championship will be presented live Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.
