Critérium du Dauphiné Marks Key Tune-Up Race Leading Up to Tour de France, Which Begins Friday, July 1

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 3, 2022 – Peacock will present live coverage of all eight stages of the 2022 Critérium du Dauphiné, a major tune-up race prior to the Tour de France, beginning this Sunday, June 5 at 7:05 a.m. ET. The event concludes with the final stage on Sunday, June 12 at 9:10 a.m. ET with live coverage on Peacock and CNBC.

The week-long race in southern France begins in La Voulte-sur-Rhône and travels through the Alps to finish in Plateau de Solaison. The eight-stage race covers a total distance of 1,205.3 km (748 miles).

Headlining the 2022 Critérium du Dauphiné field are three-time Vuelta a España winner Primoz Roglic (Jumbo-Visma), Brandon McNulty (UAE Team Emirates), Tao Geoghegan Hart (Ineos Grenadiers), and Enric Mas (Movistar).

Cycling commentators and former professional cyclists Bob Roll and Christian Vande Velde, a two-time Olympian, will call the action during Stages 1 and 8.
