STAMFORD, Conn. – Feb. 3, 2022 – Eighteen consecutive nights of Olympic primetime coverage on NBC and Peacock begin tonight at 8 p.m. ET, featuring live figure skating as well as qualifying for men’s and women’s moguls. Three-time world champion and 2018 Olympian Nathan Chen is expected to compete in the men’s short program portion of the figure skating team event.

The U.S. women’s moguls team will be headlined by 2018 Olympian Jaelin Kauf, Hannah Soar, and Olivia Giaccio in qualifying tonight during primetime on NBC and Peacock.

Coverage of the Opening Ceremony is tomorrow Feb. 4 across NBCUniversal, beginning with NBCU’s first-ever live morning presentation of a Winter Games Opening Ceremony at 6:30 a.m. ET on NBC and Peacock as well as an enhanced primetime presentation from 8-11 p.m. ET.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3

The opening night of primetime competition on NBC and Peacock features live figure skating as well as men’s and women’s moguls qualifying beginning tonight at 8 p.m. ET. Three-time world champion and 2018 Olympian Nathan Chen is expected to compete in the men’s short program portion of the team event. Chen was a member of the U.S. team that won the bronze medal in the event in 2018.

The U.S. women’s moguls team will be headlined by 2018 Olympian Jaelin Kauf, Hannah Soar, and Olivia Giaccio in qualifying tonight.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4

NBCUniversal presents full coverage of the Opening Ceremony tomorrow, beginning with NBCU’s first-ever live morning presentation of a Winter Games Opening Ceremony at 6:30 a.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. The Opening Ceremony will be followed by a special edition of TODAY at 9 a.m. ET with reaction and athlete interviews. NBC will then present a first-ever Olympic Daytime show on the opening Friday of the Winter Games at noon ET, previewing the upcoming competition. The day-long coverage will culminate with an enhanced primetime broadcast of the Opening Ceremony featuring special coverage of Team USA, along with the performances, pageantry, and Parade of Nations — the heart of the Opening Ceremony — at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

Two-time gold medalist Jamie Anderson seeks her third straight gold medal in women’s slopestyle snowboarding and will compete in qualifying tomorrow live at 10 p.m. ET on USA Network and Peacock.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5

The women’s short program portion of the figure skating team event is expected to be led by 2018 Olympian Karen Chen and will be presented Saturday live in primetime at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. 2018 Olympians Bryce Bennett and Ryan Cochran-Siegle, and 2014 Olympian Travis Ganong, are expected to headline the U.S. contingent in the men’s alpine skiing downhill event Saturday live in primetime at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.

The 2018 gold medal-winning U.S. women’s ice hockey team continues its gold medal defense in opening round play against the Russian Olympic Committee Saturday live at 8:10 a.m. ET on USA Network and Peacock. The team, featuring 13 players from the 2018 Olympic team, including Kendall Coyne Schofield, Hilary Knight, and Brianna Decker, began Olympic competition with a 5-2 victory against Finland earlier today.

The women’s snowboarding slopestyle final, which is expected to include medal contender Jamie Anderson, will be presented Saturday live at 8:30 p.m. ET on USA Network and Peacock (encore at Midnight ET on NBC). In men’s snowboarding, 2018 Olympic gold medalist Red Gerard will headline American contenders in slopestyle qualifying Saturday live at 11:30 p.m. ET on USA Network and Peacock.
