Live Competition Coverage Begins Friday at 7 a.m. ET on Peacock

NBC Presents Grand Prix France Coverage Sunday, Nov. 21 at 4 p.m. ET

Every Skater in Every Discipline Streamed Live on Peacock

STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 18, 2021 – U.S. Olympic hopefuls Jason Brown, Karen Chen and more headline NBC Sports’ coverage of Grand Prix France figure skating this weekend, beginning tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 a.m. ET live on Peacock from the Patinoire Polesud in Grenoble, France.

Eight-time Grand Prix medalist and 2014 Olympian Brown is expected to headline the men’s field alongside 2021 world silver medalist Yuma Kagiyama of Japan, while 2017 U.S. champion and 2018 Olympian Chen, 2020 U.S. silver medalist Mariah Bell, and 2021 world champion Anna Shcherbakova of Russia highlight the women’s event. Reigning U.S. pairs’ champions Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier are expected to headline the pairs’ competition. In the ice dance event, four-time world champions Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron of France are expected to lead the field.

NBC airs coverage this Sunday, Nov. 21 at 4 p.m. ET, and Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present encores of the competition next Monday through Thursday in primetime at 8 p.m. ET and 9 p.m. ET.

Throughout Sunday’s NBC show and next week’s encore coverage, Tanith White handles play-by-play, joined by 1998 Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski and three-time U.S. champion Johnny Weir. Olympic gold medalist Charlie White will provide analysis for the ice dance encores on Tuesday, Nov. 23.

NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating recently announced the broadcast schedule for the 2021-22 figure skating season, featuring more than 175 hours of coverage from October to April, in addition to NBCUniversal’s coverage of the 2022 Winter Olympics in February.
