NBC Sports Presents More Than 175 Hours of Figure Skating Coverage from October to April

STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 4, 2021 – U.S. Olympic ice dance hopefuls Madison Hubbell and Zach Donohue headline NBC Sports’ coverage of the Grand Prix Italy figure skating this weekend, beginning tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. ET live on Peacock from Torino Palavela in Torino, Italy.

Hubbell and Donohue, the 2018 Olympians who recently won their fourth consecutive Skate America competition, are expected to headline the ice dance event against four-time world champions and reigning Olympic silver medalists Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron of France. Americans Caroline Green and Michael Parsons are also expected to compete in the ice dance event. The women’s event is expected to be highlighted by 2021 world champion Anna Shcherbakova of Russia.

The entire competition, including every skater in every discipline, can be streamed live on Peacock from Friday-Sunday.

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present encores of the competition next Monday through Thursday in primetime at 8 p.m. ET and 9 p.m. ET, and NBC airs coverage Saturday, Nov. 13 at 4 p.m. ET.

Throughout next week’s encore coverage, Tanith White handles play-by-play, joined by 1998 Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski and three-time U.S. champion Johnny Weir for the women’s, men’s and pairs’ competitions. Olympic gold medalist Charlie White will provide analysis for the ice dance encores on Monday, Nov. 8.

NBC Sports and U.S. Figure Skating recently announced the broadcast schedule for the 2021-22 figure skating season, featuring more than 175 hours of coverage from October to April, in addition to NBCUniversal’s coverage of the 2022 Winter Olympics in February.
