Exclusive Coverage of First-Ever Nationally Televised Girls Lacrosse Game Between Two High Schools

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 2, 2021 – In one month, NBC Sports will present live coverage of the 2021 Girls High School Lacrosse National Championship on Friday, July 2, at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN from FSA Sports Complex in Farmington, Conn. The two-hour telecast will mark the first time two high schools have ever met in a nationally televised girls lacrosse game.

The Championship will be the culmination of the inaugural invitation-only, three-day tournament featuring 40 of the nation’s top high school girls lacrosse teams. Many players expected to compete in the tournament have committed to collegiate lacrosse programs at the Division I, II and III levels.

Jay Alter (play-by-play) and two-time NCAA Division I National Champion and three-time first-team All-American Rachael Becker DeCecco (analyst) will call the action. In addition to live coverage on NBCSN, coverage will stream exclusively on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.
