NBC Sports Chicago’s 2020-21 NHL regular season Blackhawks game night coverage schedule gets underway on Friday, January 15, as the visiting Blackhawks face the defending Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning live from Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. Game night coverage begins at 5:30 PM CT with Blackhawks Pregame Live presented by ChevyDrivesChicago.com. Veteran Blackhawks expert/host Pat Boyle (@BoyleNBCS) will be joined by studio analysts, former Blackhawks defensive standout Steve Konroyd (@Stevekonroyd) and Blackhawks Community Liaison/2013 Stanley Cup champion Jamal Mayers (@jamalmayers), for a complete pre-game analysis and roster match-up breakdown. Puck drop takes place at 6:00 PM featuring the always-entertaining game call from the Hall of Fame tandem of Pat Foley and Eddie Olczyk. Immediately following the game, fans can look forward to an expanded edition of Blackhawks Postgame Live presented by Hyundai featuring Blackhawks head coach Jeremy Colliton’s live post-game press conference, along with post-game player reaction, expanded highlights, studio “demo” area analysis, a preview of upcoming opponents and much more. Home opener coverage begins with Blackhawks Pregame Live at 6:30 PM, face-off at 7:00 PM followed by Blackhawks Postgame Live at 9:30 PM (time approx.).

On Wednesday, January 13, NBC Sports Chicago will deliver special surrounding Opening Night pre/post coverage of NBCSN’s “Wednesday Night Hockey” NHL lineup headlined by the Blackhawks facing the Lightning at 7:00 PM CT.
