PEACOCK PREMIUM TO STREAM WINTER OLYMPIC SPORTS PROGRAMMING, INCLUDING EXCLUSIVE SEASON-LONG COVERAGE OF FIS AUSTRIA ALPINE SKIING

 Extensive Ski and Snowboard Coverage Will Continue to be Presented on NBC, NBCSN, Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and NBC Sports Digital Platforms

NEW YORK – Nov. 5, 2020 – Expanding its sports coverage, today Peacock announced that NBC Sports Gold’s “Snow Pass” will be moving to Peacock Premium this month. Programming will complement the extensive coverage on NBC, NBCSN, Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and NBC Sports’ digital platforms throughout the 2020-21 season.

Programming on Peacock Premium will include live and on-demand domestic and international competitions of seven winter Olympic sports – International Ski Federation (FIS) alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, freestyle skiing, snowboarding, Nordic combined, ski jumping, and biathlon events. The first FIS event of the 2020-21 season that will stream on Peacock Premium will take place on November 20. Peacock Premium also acquired the exclusive rights to all FIS events held in Austria and will stream its first race from the country in Lech/Zuers on November 26. Highlights of Peacock Premium’s live sports offerings include Premier League, a new primetime Sunday NFL Wild Card playoff game, Olympics and Paralympics coverage, U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open and Ryder Cup golf, plus the  Peacock Originals Lost Speedways, hosted by Dale Earnhardt, Jr., and In Deep with Ryan Lochte.
