STAMFORD, Conn. – June 26, 2020 – With the 2020 Tour de France postponed until August, NBCSN presents the Ultimate Tour, showcasing 25 of the best stages and races from the Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix, and Amgen Tour of California, beginning Monday, June 29 at 9 a.m. ET with Stage 1 of the 2014 Tour de France.

From this Monday through Friday, July 17, the Ultimate Tour features 75 hours of programming from select stages of the Tour de France and Amgen Tour of California, and full Paris-Roubaix races dating back to 2008.

Throughout the races, NBC Sports’ Paul Burmeister will speak with top cyclists to gain their insight into the race. Interviews include conversations with:




    • 2010 Tour de France champion Andy Schleck
    • Marcel Kittel, who won a total of 14 Tour de France stages
    • American Tejay van Garderen, who placed fifth in the 2012 and 2014 Tour de France
    • Dan Martin, who finished in the Top Ten in three of the past four Tour de France’s (2016-18)
    • American George Hincapie, who is tied for the most all-time Tour de France starts with 17
    • American Lawson Craddock
    • NBC Sports cycling host and play-by-play announcer Phil Liggett
    • NBC Sports cycling analyst and former professional cyclist Bob Roll
    • NBC Sports cycling analyst and American Grand Tour champion Chris Horner
    • NBC Sports cycling analyst and former professional cyclist Christian Vande Velde

Burmeister will introduce coverage each day. Stage and race presentations include calls from NBC Sports’ cycling announce team.

The 2020 Tour de France, which was slated to begin June 27, will kick off later this summer on August 29 and run through September 20.

All Ultimate Tour presentations will be available on NBC Sports Gold’s Cycling Pass and programming will also stream on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.
