#HockeyAtHome: NHL Hockey Moms: NBC Sports’ Kathryn Tappen will co-host a 30-minute program about NHL players and their mothers. The three mother and son relationships featured in the program are: brothers Ryan Strome (New York Rangers), Dylan Strome (Chicago Blackhawks) and Matthew Strome and their mother, Trish; brothers Quinn Hughes (Vancouver Canucks) and Jack Hughes (New Jersey Devils) and their mother, Ellen; and Carolina Hurricanes’ David Ayres and his mother, Mary.
“NFL 100 Greatest”: The series, produced by NFL Films and originally aired on NFL Network, was voted upon by an 80-person panel comprised of experts selected by NFL Media and the Associated Press and features interviews with current and former NFL stars and coaches and celebrity fans.
NHL Player Gaming Challenge: The month-long initiative will pit NHL players from all 31 clubs facing off against each other in EA Sports NHL 20. This week’s show features Alex Debrincat and Drake Caggiula representing the Chicago Blackhawks against Blake Lizotte and Michael Amadio representing the Los Angeles Kings.
Premier League Download: Behind the Whistle: In the May 2015 episode, Arlo White and Graeme Le Saux were given unprecedented access to the world of Premier League referees in an effort to explore what it takes to be an elite referee. Along with interviews with current and former Premier League referees, White and Le Saux were the first members of the media, both internationally and domestically, to be granted admission into the normally-restricted referees’ film room, where current Premier League referees’ match performances are graded and reviewed.
Premier League Download: The Goalkeepers’ Union: Hosted by Roger Bennett, the 2015 show finds out about the art, tactical ability and psychology of a goalkeeper. Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel and former Everton and United States National Team goalkeeper Tim Howard are among those interviewed during the show.
TaylorMade Driving Relief: Golf’s first live competition since March; World No. 1 Rory McIlroy and 20-time PGA TOUR winner Dustin Johnson team up against PGA TOUR winners Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff in a live, charity golf match supported by UnitedHealth Group to raise money for COVID-19 relief. The Middle Jewel: American Pharoah’s Run to the Triple Crown: The one-hour special will look back on American Pharoah’s dominating win in the 140th Preakness Stakes, making him one step closer to horse racing’s Triple Crown.
