This week’s coverage begins tomorrow, Thursday, April 9, as members of the Premier League on NBC team will provide commentary as they look back on classic Premier League matches. Episodes are available every Thursday across NBC Sports’ digital properties, including NBC Sports’ YouTube channel, NBCSports.com, and the NBC Sports app. This week, Graeme Le Saux and Kyle Martino share insights and stories while watching Le Saux’s Blackburn Rovers beat Liverpool en route to winning the 1994-95 Premier League title.
Saturday’s classic matches feature 30-minute versions of some of the most memorable games in Premier League history beginning at 10 a.m. ET on NBCSN. The games begin with one of the most dramatic days in the history of English football as Manchester City won their first-ever Premier League title with a 3-2 win over Queens Park Rangers on May 13, 2012. Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero scored in second-half stoppage time as City won the title on goal difference over crosstown rivals Manchester United. Then relive a nine-goal thriller at 10:30 a.m. ET, as Adam Lallana’s last-minute strike earned Liverpool a 5-4 victory over Norwich on January 23, 2016.
