Live Streaming Coverage Begins Saturday at 4 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold “Supercross Pass”

STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 2, 2020 – NBC Sports presents the opening race of the 2020 Monster Energy AMA Supercross season this Saturday from Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN. This will mark the second season of Monster Energy Supercross coverage exclusively on NBC Sports. An encore presentation of the Anaheim event will air Sunday on NBC beginning at 2:30 p.m. ET.

After winning the premier-level 450SX championship last season, reigning champion Cooper Webb will begin his title defense against a stellar field that includes 2019 Pro Motocross champ Eli Tomac, Honda ace Ken Roczen, and 2018 450SX champ Jason Anderson, who returns to Supercross action for the first time since a practice crash in January 2019 ended his season early. Additionally, Chad Reed will line up to start the final full-time Supercross season of his illustrious career.

Veteran play-by-play commentator Leigh Diffey, five-time Supercross champion and seven-time Motocross champion Ricky Carmichael, host and former racer Daniel Blair, and reporter Will Christien will call the action.
