ARLO WHITE CALLS HIS 400TH PREMIER LEAGUE MATCH THIS SATURDAY AS MANCHESTER CITY HOST CHELSEA AT 12:30 P.M. ET ON NBC

White has called 1,164 Premier League Goals in his 399 Matches

 Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic Could Become First American to Score in Four Consecutive Premier League Matches when Chelsea Face Manchester City on Saturday 

STAMFORD, Conn. – Nov. 21, 2019 – NBC Sports’ Arlo White will call his 400th Premier League match for NBC Sports when Manchester City host Chelsea this Saturday, Nov. 23, at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

White called his first Premier League match for NBC Sports on Saturday, August 17, 2013, the day NBC Sports Group debuted its extensive coverage of the league. Like this Saturday’s match, it was on NBC at 12:30 p.m. ET. The result was a 4-1 Manchester United win over Swansea City. White has since called 1,164 Premier League goals in his 399 matches heading into Saturday.

Including Saturday’s Manchester City-Chelsea match, White has most often called Manchester United matches (98), with his most visited gantry at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge (46).

A native of Leicester, England, and a lifelong Leicester City fan, White has called 26  Leicester City matches, 16 of which were at King Power Stadium. On May 2, 2016, White called a 2-2 draw between Chelsea and Tottenham which clinched Leicester City’s historic Premier League title, the first-ever in their top-flight history.
