WEEK 8 PREVIEW

REDWOODS LC (4-3) vs. CHAOS LC (5-2) – Saturday, August 10, at 4 p.m. ET (1 p.m. PT) on NBC Sports Gold

Week 8 kicks off with a Week 3 rematch between Redwoods and Chaos Lacrosse Clubs. The biggest change since Week 3 has been the Redwoods’ addition of Jules Heningburg, who has proven to be one of the most dominant dodging attackmen in the league. Chaos will again be without Miles Thompson and Josh Byrne, who combined for five goals last time these two teams met. With a win, Chaos LC will clinch its first-ever playoff berth.

Game 2 of Saturday’s doubleheader is a rematch of an overtime thriller between these two teams in Week 2. Since Week 2, these two teams’ seasons have gone in opposite directions as Whipsnakes find themselves one win away from a playoff berth and Chrome are one loss from being eliminated from playoff contention.
