Chelsea, featuring the expected debut of U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Christian Pulisic with Chelsea, this Sunday, August 11 at 11:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and Telemundo.
Continuing its annual tradition of launching the season in the U.K., NBC Sports’ U.S.-based Premier League team will open the season on the road, as the entire announce team is together on-location in the United Kingdom to kick off the 2019-20 Premier League season. NBC Sports’ opening weekend coverage will feature commentary and discussion from its full Premier League broadcast team on-site at Anfield, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Old Trafford.
For the kickoff of the 2019-20 Premier League season, Rebecca Lowe will return to her native U.K. to host the Premier League Live pre- and post-match show on-site throughout the weekend, joined by a revolving combination of analysts, including the U.S.-based team of Robbie Earle, Kyle Martino and Robbie Mustoe. Arlo White will call the matches, and host pre-match and post-match appearances from NBC Sports’ pitch-side locations. Earle, Martino and Mustoe will each call a match with White. They will join NBC’s U.K.-based team of Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux for live on-site Premier League coverage across the three days.
NBC Sports’ coverage kicks off on Friday, August 9 with season six’s first episode of THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Live coverage from Anfield begins at 2 p.m. ET with Premier League Live, followed by Champions League winners Liverpool v. newly promoted Norwich City at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN and Universo. Lowe, Dixon, and Mustoe will host coverage in the studio, while Earle and Le Saux join live from the pitch alongside White, who will call the match with Martino.

Also at 9 a.m. ET, Leicester City host Wolverhampton Wanderers on CNBC. Wolverhampton Wanderers look to build on their successful 2018-19 campaign, in which they finished as the best newly promoted side in the Premier League since 2000-01 (7th place).
