Weekday Coverage Kicks off Today with Chelsea v. Burnley at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN

STAMFORD, Conn. – April 22, 2019 – Ahead of this Wednesday’s critical Manchester Derby, NBC Sports presents wall-to-wall, pre-match coverage live from the pitch at Old Trafford. Arlo White, Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux, who will call the match, begin coverage at a special pitch-side desk for NBCSN’s Premier League Live at 2 p.m. ET – a full hour before Manchester United v. Manchester City kicks off at 3 p.m. ET.

This week’s Manchester Derby holds massive implications for the Premier League title; with wins in all remaining games, Manchester City will clinch a second-straight and fourth overall Premier League title. In addition, Manchester United look to rebound from a tough loss to Everton in the fight for a top-4 finish and qualification for Champions League next season.

Leading up to the match, NBC Sports will utilize on-air teams in the U.S. and the U.K. Rebecca Lowe will be joined by former Jamaica National Team player Robbie Earle, and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe from NBC Sports’ International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn., while White, Dixon, and Le Saux will highlight the electric environment at Old Trafford.

Viewers will have a front-row seat to player warm-up coverage, starting when players take the pitch (roughly 2:15 p.m. ET) until they head back into the dressing room (roughly 2:45 p.m. ET), and then again as the players return to the tunnel just prior to kickoff. Coverage will include a breakdown of all 22 starting players in a pre-match “on the pitch” segment.

NBC Sports’ weekday match coverage begins today with Chelsea v. Burnley at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Fifth-place Chelsea look to jump back into the top-4 after a loss at Liverpool, while Burnley have won three straight matches and come off an important win over “relegation-rivals” Cardiff City.

Coverage continues tomorrow on NBCSN at 2 p.m. with Premier League Live, followed by Tottenham v. Brighton & Hove Albion on NBCSN and Watford v. Southampton on NBC Sports Gold. Third-place Tottenham, who advanced to the Champions League Semi-Finals last week, continue to push for a top-4 finish with an important win at home this week.

“THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM”

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Manchester United’s historic 1998-99 season, NBC Sports debuts “The Impossible Dream,” a look back at the club’s unprecedented run to the three most prestigious club trophies an English team can win — the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the Champions League. Manchester United clinched the three trophies – known as “the treble” — in a thrilling stretch many fans recall as the “10 Days in May.”

“The Impossible Dream,” a two-hour movie co-produced with Manchester United, premieres this Sunday, April 28 at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, following the Red Devils’ match against Chelsea. The movie will also stream on NBCSports.com, the NBC Sports app, and on MUTV globally. Fans can download and subscribe via the MUTV App to watch the movie on demand.
