ORLANDO, Fla. (Jan. 30, 2019) – The PGA TOUR heads to the Arizona desert this week for the Waste Management Phoenix Open, with live coverage on GOLF Channel and NBC. Saturday’s third round coverage on NBC will be Johnny Miller’s final call in the broadcast booth, following nearly 30 years spent as the network’s lead golf analyst. Saturday’s coverage will celebrate Miller’s three decades in the 18th tower through special tributes and reflections from the Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale. The European Tour will host its first-ever tournament in Saudi Arabia this week with the Saudi International, where four of the top five in the world – Justin Rose, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson and Bryson DeChambeau – headline an international field.

Johnny Miller to call final broadcast on Saturday: Johnny Miller will call his final broadcast on Saturday after nearly 30 years as NBC Sports lead golf analyst. The broadcast also will represent the 20th consecutive year of Miller and Dan Hicks sitting alongside each other in the broadcast booth, a record for the longest-tenured 18th tower tandem in broadcast golf.

Golf Central and Morning Drive on-site Thursday-Sunday: Thursday-Sunday, Golf Central and Morning Drive will broadcast on-site from TPC Scottsdale. Golf Central’s set will be integrated into the grandstands on the famous par-3 16th hole.

Woodland defends: Gary Woodland defeated Chez Reavie with a par on the first playoff hole for his third career PGA TOUR win.
