NBC SPORTS PRESENTS NEARLY 20 HOURS OF COVERAGE OF MECUM AUCTIONS: HARRISBURG THIS WEEK

Live Coverage from Harrisburg, Pa., Begins Thursday at 12 p.m. ET on NBCSN

STAMFORD, Conn. – August 1, 2018 – NBC Sports’ coverage of the 2018 Mecum Auctions season rolls into Harrisburg, Pa., this week with nearly 20 hours of coverage on NBCSN, beginning Thursday at 12 p.m. ET from the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.

NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app — NBC Sports Group’s live streaming platforms for desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and connected TVs — will provide streaming coverage this weekend’s Mecum Auctions coverage from Harrisburg.

Mecum Auctions: Harrisburg will showcase an estimated 1,000 classic and collector cars, highlighted by a 2017 Dodge Viper ACR Dealer Edition, a pair of four-speed 1963 Ford Galaxie 500s and a 1959 Mercedes-Benz 190SL Roadster.

Coverage begins Thursday at 12 p.m. ET on NBCSN with a five-hour window of live auction action from Harrisburg and continues Friday at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN, followed by Saturday’s telecast windows at 6 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. ET and Sunday’s windows at 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET.

Scott Hoke will host NBCSN’s Mecum Auctions coverage on-site in Harrisburg alongside analysts John Kraman, Stephen Cox, Bill Stephens and reporter Katie Osborne. Mecum Auctions is led by Dana Mecum, Founder and President of Mecum Auctions for the past 30 years.

HONDA INDY 200 AT MID-OHIO ON NBCSN IS NETWORK’S MOST-WATCHED INDYCAR RACE SINCE 2016 & FOURTH MOST-WATCHED RACE SINCE 2009

NBC Sports’ coverage of the IndyCar Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio from Lexington, Ohio, on Sunday on NBCSN (6:30-8:30 p.m. ET) produced a Total Audience Delivery (TAD) of 648,000 viewers, up 12% vs. 2017, to rank as the most-watched race on NBCSN since 2016 (Mid-Ohio; 934,000 viewers, NBCSN/CNBC simulcast). Sunday’s coverage on NBCSN marks NBC Sports’ fourth most-watched IndyCar race since acquiring IndyCar rights in 2009. Coverage on NBCSN immediately followed Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series racing from Pocono; live race coverage aired earlier on Sunday afternoon on CNBC.
