NBC Sports to Present More than 50 Hours of Diamond League Coverage Through September – Full Schedule Below

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 6, 2018 – NBC Sports continues live coverage of the 2018 Diamond League track and field series with the fifth and sixth stops in Oslo, Norway, and Stockholm, Sweden, this week. Live action begins in Oslo tomorrow, Thursday, June 7, at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN, with an encore of the event this Saturday, June 9, at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. On Sunday, June 10, at 10 a.m. ET, NBCSN televises live coverage from Stockholm, Sweden, followed by an encore Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on NBC. The events will also be available live and commercial-free with direct-to-consumer live streaming product NBC Sports Gold’s “Track and Field Pass.”

As a part of its track and field coverage throughout the season, NBC Sports Gold will present live, commercial-free coverage of every IAAF Diamond League event, including bonus programming of field events, highlights, replays, and an exclusive 30-minute preview of each event. Events on NBC and NBCSN will be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.

Highlighting the action in Oslo are 2017 world steeplechase champion Emma Coburn and reigning 400m world champion Phyllis Francis. 2016 Olympic 100m hurdles gold medalist Brianna (Rollins) McNeal and Rio 1500m bronze medalist Jenny Simpson lead the American contingent in Stockholm.

 

Bill Doleman handles the call for both events, joined by analysts Ato Boldon and Josh Cox for Oslo, and Boldon and Paul Swangard for Stockholm.

 

Content will be presented as part of the Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA partnership among NBCUniversal, the IOC, and the USOC.
