STAMFORD, Conn. – April 26, 2016 – Leicester City continue their “Cinderella” title contention this Sunday, May 1, at 9:05 am ET against Manchester United on NBCSN and TELEMUNDO, highlighting NBC Sports Group’s Premier League coverage this weekend. In the simplest of scenarios, the Foxes can clinch the title with a win against the Red Devils on Sunday. If Leicester draw or lose, it will be up to Tottenham to draw or win against Chelsea on Monday to prolong Spurs’ title hopes (3 p.m. ET on NBCSN). A Tottenham loss on Monday would clinch the title for Leicester regardless of their result against Manchester United.

Leicester City would become champions in England’s top flight for the first time in their 132-year history. No team which finished outside of the top four teams the season prior has ever won the title, and only four teams have won in the last 20 years (Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Manchester City).

NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play Arlo White calls the match joined by analyst Lee Dixon at Old Trafford.

NBC Sports Group’s Premier League coverage begins at 9 a.m. ET this Saturday, April 30, with Premier League Live on NBCSN followed by Stoke City v. Sunderland on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO, and Newcastle v. Crystal Palace on USA at 10 a.m. ET. Sunderland are in 17th-place, tied on-points with 18th-place Norwich City, and only one point above 19th-place Newcastle. The clubs look to gain crucial points this weekend in a tight race to avoid the two remaining relegation positions.

All matches not on NBCSN or USA Network in the Saturday 10 a.m. ET television window will be available on Premier League Extra Time, a bonus television package available to MVPDs at no extra cost for customers who receive NBCSN.

Coverage on Saturday continues at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC with fourth-place Arsenal v. Norwich City. While Norwich are in a race to avoid the bottom of the table, Arsenal are in a race to stay in the top four. Arsenal are tied on points with third-place Manchester City, and five points from fifth-place Manchester United in the Champions League race. White calls the match joined by Dixon at Emirates Stadium.

Following the match, NBC presents a live Goal Zone at 2:30 p.m. ET. Steve Bower hosts Goal Zone and Premier League Live, joined by Robbie Earle and Robbie Mustoe.

Coverage on Sunday begins at 6 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN followed by Swansea City v. Liverpool at 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. Following Manchester United v. Leicester City Sunday at 9:05 a.m. ET, coverage continues with Southampton v. third-place Manchester City at 11:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and TELEMUNDO.

Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET, NBCSN presents a new Premier League Download: I Was There. The episode gives a behind-the-scenes look at NBC Sports Group’s Premier League road trip, when NBC Sports Group’s U.S.-based announce team joined its U.K.-based announce team in England earlier this month. The episode features footage captured by the U.S. and U.K.-based on-air personalities during their travels, visiting Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, Leicester City’s King Power Stadium, and Stoke City’s Britannia Stadium.

This week’s Premier League coverage wraps up Monday, May 2, with Chelsea v. second-place Tottenham at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. White calls the match, joined by analyst Graeme Le Saux at Stamford Bridge.
