ORLANDO, Fla., – Jan. 5, 2016 – Golf Channel announced today the launch of a video simulcast of the award-winning Fairways of Life satellite radio show airing on SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio, streaming live on GolfChannel.com weekday mornings from 7-9 a.m. ET.

The award-winning show, heard live around the world on XM ch. 92 and Sirius ch. 208 and hosted by golf industry veteran Matt Adams, originates from Golf Channel’s World Headquarters in Orlando, Fla. GolfChannel.com also features a dedicated Fairways of Life show page, which includes bonus content, featured video and interviews, full episodes and a social media feed. In addition, viewers are able to watch Fairways of Life daily via the show’s dedicated video streaming site WatchFairwaysofLife.com; Golf Channel’s GolfLiveExtra.com and Golf Live Extra App.

Fairways of Life, a mainstay on SiriusXM’s PGA TOUR Radio since 2007, airs weekday mornings from 7-9 a.m. ET and will be the first radio show to stream a live video simulcast on GolfChannel.com. The show delivers the major headlines from golf’s professional tours, featuring interviews with players and industry leaders. The show also explores the history of the game, golf architecture and travel, and includes interaction with golf fans following along to the show each day.

In July, 2015, Adams joined the network as a Golf Channel contributor, in addition to his role as host of Fairways of Life. Adams will be a part of several Golf Channel programs in 2016, including Golf Central, Morning Drive and Golf Central’s Live From programming from golf’s marquee events. In addition, he also serves as a contributing writer for GolfChannel.com and GolfAdvisor.com.

The multi-talented Adams, a best-selling author, journalist, speaker, historian and broadcaster, has worked in the golf industry for more than 25 years. He has co-authored multiple books in the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, but considers golf his primary profession and passion. An expert in golf equipment technology, Adams has built and designed clubs for major manufacturers, including Nicklaus, MacGregor, Ram and Wilson, and previously worked as a golf course operator.
