CSNPhilly.com Records Highest Traffic Day Ever on November 9

CSNPhilly.com, the online home of Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, set a new traffic record on Monday, November 9 with 1.5 million visits in one day, the highest in the site’s history. In addition to the record high visits, the site also had a record 1.4 million unique visitors. The milestones were prompted by the Philadelphia Eagles’ overtime win against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football the night before, as well as Monday’s live stream of the Sixers-Bulls game. So far this season, consumption of Sixers live streaming on CSNPhilly.com has doubled last year’s figures.

CSNBayArea.com’s exclusive video clip of Golden State Warriors star and reigning MVP Stephen Curry’s unique dribbling drill is fast-approaching 1 million views (over 950K views since it was posted on Nov. 4). CSNNW.com Blazes a Big October

Comcast SportsNet Northwest saw near-record video growth in October 2015, recording the second highest month of video streams at CSNNW.com to date. The addition of new Trail Blazers Insider Jason Quick, who spent 16 years at The Oregonian covering the NBA, helped lead the way for the increase in traffic. Trail Blazer locker room videos featuring Damian Lillard and head coach Terry Stotts also contributed to the robust uptick in views for the month.
