Stamford, Conn. – November 3, 2015 – Wednesday night’s all-new edition of NFL Turning Point, debuting tomorrow at 11 p.m. ET on NBCSN, examines Sunday night’s matchup between the Packers and Broncos, and breaks down how Denver’s defense was able to hold QB Aaron Rodgers to a career-low passing total.

The program also analyzes the Seattle Seahawks’ win against the Dallas Cowboys, including the matchup between CB Richard Sherman and WR Dez Bryant; highlights the Bengals’ victory over the Steelers; and studies QB Drew Brees’ performance against the Giants.

Hosted by Football Night In America’s Dan Patrick, the 30-minute long NFL Turning Point, co-produced by NFL Films, airs weekly throughout the entire NFL season, including the playoffs and Super Bowl.

This week’s episode features:

  • Packers-Broncos: NFL Films reviews the game and studies how Denver’s defense held the Packers to 140 total yards and Aaron Rodgers to a career-low 77 passing yards.
  • Seahawks-Cowboys: NFL Turning Point breaks down Sunday’s back-and-forth battle between Seattle and Dallas, and shines a spotlight on how Sherman and the Seahawks defense were able to limit Bryant to just two catches and 12 receiving yards.
  • Bengals-Steelers: The program highlights Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger’s return after missing four games due to a sprained left knee, and reviews how Bengals QB Andy Dalton led a rally with minutes left in the fourth quarter to beat Pittsburgh.
  • Giants-Saints: NFL Turning Point studies the game and breaks down Saints QB Drew Brees’ performance, in which he completed 39-of-50 passes for 505 yards, a league record-tying seven touchdowns and a 131.7 quarterback rating.

Wednesday night’s Sounds of The Game – Powered by BOSE – segment features in-game audio from Rams head coach Jeff Fisher, who was wired-for-sound during Sunday’s win over the 49ers.

Each week NFL Turning Point is built around select NFL matchups from the previous weekend, and focuses on the crucial “turning point” moments that ultimately defined the outcome of each game. The show also features anatomy-of-a-play type segments and long-form game-of-the-week style narratives that include pre-game and post-game access, sideline sounds, jaw-dropping cinematography and incredible storytelling that is synonymous with NFL Films.

In 2015 NBCSN will air a total of 21 episodes. The season finale, scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 4, 2016, will look back at the “turning point” of Super Bowl 50.
