STAMFORD, Conn. - August 12, 2015 - Defending champions Chelsea face last season’s runners-up, Manchester City, in a match between the past two champions of England this Sun., August 16, at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN and TELEMUNDO, highlighting NBC Sports Group’s Premier League coverage this week. This matchup of two title favorites is loaded with talent, highlighted by last season’s Golden Boot winner (awarded to the league’s leading scorer) Sergio Aguero, who scored 26 goals for Manchester City, and Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard, the 2014-15 Barclays Premier League Player of the Year.

Everton and U.S. Men’s National Team goalkeeper Tim Howard joins NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play announcer Arlo White in the booth to call the match. Howard calls Manchester City-Chelsea just one day after suiting up for Everton’s match against Southampton (Sat., August 15, 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN).

This week’s Premier League coverage begins this Friday, August 14, at 2:30 p.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by Aston Villa v. Manchester United on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. Coverage continues on Saturday, August 15, at 7 a.m. ET with Premier League Live followed by Southampton v. Everton at 7:45 a.m. ET on NBCSN.

At 10 a.m. ET, NBCSN presents coverage of Tottenham v. Stoke City, and USA Network presents West Ham v. Leicester City. Leicester City come off a 4-2 win over Sunderland on Saturday, featuring two goals from Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez, while West Ham come off a 2-0 away win over Arsenal on Sunday. Matches not featured on NBCSN or USA Network in the Saturday, 10 a.m. ET television window will be available on Premier League Extra Time, a bonus television package available to MVPDs at no extra cost for customers who receive NBCSN.

NBC presents a live, 1.5-hour Match of the Day at 12:30 p.m. ET. Rebecca Lowe hosts the program, joined by former Major League Soccer and U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Kyle Martino and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe.

Saturday at 2 p.m. ET, NBC presents part one of a new, two-part Premier League Download, Jack to a King. Produced by YJB films, Jack to a King is a passionate portrait of the rise of Swansea City Football Club from near oblivion to the world stage of the Premier League. The program tells the story of the people who made the club what it is today, and a city that survives against all odds – through the German Blitzkrieg of World War II, industrial decline and recession. The second part of the program will air on Saturday, August 22, at 2 p.m. ET on NBC.

Coverage on Sunday, August 16, begins at 7:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live followed by Crystal Palace v. Arsenal at 8:30 a.m. ET. Live match coverage wraps up Monday, August 17, at 2 p.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by Liverpool v. Bournemouth on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO.
