STAMFORD, Conn. – April 22, 2015 – Day 8 of NBC Sports Group’s comprehensive coverage of the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs features a pair of Game 4 doubleheaders on NBCSN and USA Network tonight, including two potential series-clinching games on USA. At 7 p.m. ET, P.K. Subban and the Montreal Canadiens look for a four-game sweep over Bobby Ryan and the Ottawa Senators. In USA’s second game, Ryan Getzlaf and the (1) Anaheim Ducks look to close out their series with a Game 4 win against Dustin Byfuglien and the (4) Winnipeg Jets at 9:30 p.m. ET.

NBCSN’s doubleheader coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN, when Sidney Crosby and the (4) Pittsburgh Penguins look to even their series against Henrik Lundqvist and the (1) New York Rangers. Coverage continues on NBCSN at 9:30 p.m. ET, when Zach Parise and the (4) Minnesota Wild host T.J. Oshie and the (1) St. Louis Blues, as the Blues look to even their series at two-games apiece.

NHL Live begins at 6 p.m. ET on NBCSN, hosted by Liam McHugh with analysts and former players Mike Milbury and Keith Jones. Host Dave Briggs will anchor USA Network’s studio coverage alongside analyst and former player Anson Carter.

 
GAME 4 – (1) RANGERS-(4) PENGUINS – TONIGHT AT 7 P.M. ET ON NBCSN – RANGERS LEAD 2-1

Sidney Crosby and the Penguins look to even their series with the Rangers with a Game 4 win tonight at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN. The Rangers took a 2-1 series lead on Monday night with a 2-1 victory, as Henrik Lundqvist stopped 24 of 25 shots, and Carl Hagelin and Chris Kreider scored for New York. All three games in the series have been decided by one goal.

Emmy Award-winning play-by-play commentator and Sports Illustrated 2014 Media Person of the Year Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick, and Inside-the-Glass analyst and Emmy Award-winner Pierre McGuire will have the call from CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.

 


GAME 4 – (1) CANADIENS-(4) SENATORS – TONIGHT AT 7 P.M. ET ON USA NETWORK – CANADIENS LEAD 3-0

The Montreal Canadiens look to conclude their series against the Ottawa Senators tonight with a Game 4 win in Ottawa. Montreal leads the series 3-0, courtesy of three one-goal victories, including overtime victories in Games 2 and 3. Ottawa held a 1-0 lead late in the third period of Game 3, before Dale Weise scored to tie the game late in regulation, and netted the game-winner 8:47 into overtime to give Montreal the win.

John Forslund (play-by-play) and Andy Brickley (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call the action from Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ont.

 
GAME 4 – (1) BLUES-(4) WILD – TONIGHT AT 9:30 P.M. ET ON NBCSN – WILD LEAD 2-1

The St. Louis Blues visit the Minnesota Wild tonight at 9:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN in Game 4 of their first-round series, as the Blues look to tie things up at two games apiece. Minnesota won Game 3 on Monday night by a score of 3-0, as Devan Dubnyk recorded the first shutout of the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs to give the Wild a 2-1 series edge. The Blues will look for increased production from the trio of T.J. Oshie, David Backes and Paul Stastny, who have yet to record a point in the series.

Dave Strader (play-by-play) and Brian Engblom (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will have the call from Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.

 


GAME 4 – (1) DUCKS-(4) JETS – TONIGHT AT 9:30 P.M. ET ON USA NETWORK – DUCKS LEAD 3-0

Anaheim looks to complete a four-game sweep of the Jets with a Game 4 win tonight in Winnipeg at 9:30 p.m. ET on USA Network. The Ducks erased third-period deficits in all three of their wins over the Jets, becoming the first team in NHL history to win three consecutive games in one playoff series when trailing the third period. Ryan Kesler scored with 2:14 remaining in regulation on Monday night to force overtime, and Rickard Rakell scored 5:12 into overtime to give Anaheim a commanding 3-0 series lead.

Chris Cuthbert (play-by-play) and Bret Hedican (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call the action from the MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Man.
