This Saturday, boxing hits the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., for NBC’s primetime telecast of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) at 8:30 p.m. ET. The primetime show features four boxers with a combined 127-4-1 record and 80 KOs – undefeated superstar Danny “Swift” Garcia (29-0, 17 KOs) vs. Lamont Peterson (33-2-1, 17 KOs), and middleweight champion “Irish” Andy Lee (34-2, 24 KOs) vs. Peter “Kid Chocolate” Quillin (31-0, 22 KOs).
Marv Albert (blow-by-blow) and fellow New York-natives Al Michaels (host) and Bob Costas (special contributor) will work together on a broadcast for the first time ever, and will be joined on the telecast by analyst and six-time world champion “Sugar” Ray Leonard, corner analyst B.J. Flores, and reporter Kenny Rice.
This weekend, for the first time since NBC Sports Group kicked off its Premier League coverage in August 2013, the entire Premier League team will work together on-location in the United Kingdom. Saturday’s coverage begins with Premier League Live at 7 a.m. ET, followed by Swansea City v. Everton at 7:45 a.m. ET and Tottenham v. Aston Villa at 10 a.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage of Southampton v. Hull City, West Ham v. Stoke City, Sunderland v. Crystal Palace, and West Brom v. Leicester City will air on Premier League Extra Time at 10 a.m. ET. Coverage shifts to NBC at 12:30 p.m. ET for Burnley v. Arsenal, and will be immediately followed by Premier League Goal Zone at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Saturday’s coverage features the entire NBC Sports Group Premier League announce team live at historic Turf Moor in Burnley, England. Rebecca Lowe hosts Premier League Live on site, alongside Robbie Earle and Kyle Martino, while Steve Bower, Lee Dixon, and Robbie Mustoe will be pitch-side; and Arlo White will be calling the match alongside Graeme Le Saux.
Sunday’s Premier League coverage begins at 6 a.m. ET with Barclays Premier League World, followed by Match of the Day at 6:30 a.m. ET. NBCSN’s live coverage begins at 7:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on site from Old Trafford, the site of the Manchester Derby. Match coverage begins at 8:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Queens Park Rangers v. Chelsea, followed by Manchester United v. Manchester City at 11 a.m. ET. Sunday’s coverage concludes Premier League Goal Zone at 1 p.m. ET.
On Sunday, Lowe hosts Premier League Live on site live from Old Trafford, the site of the Manchester Derby. Lowe will be joined in the studio by Martino and Mustoe; while Bower, Earle and Le Saux provide the pitch-side perspective; and White calls the Manchester Derby alongside Dixon.

NBC and NBCSN will present three games this Saturday, the final day of the NHL regular season. Regional coverage begins at 3 p.m. ET on NBC, when T.J. Oshie and the Central Division-leading Blues host Zach Parise and the Minnesota Wild, and Jonathan Quick’s Los Angeles Kings welcome Logan Couture and the San Jose Sharks. Saturday’s coverage shifts to NBCSN at 7:30 p.m. ET, when Patrice Bergeron and the BostonBruins travel to Tampa Bay to face Steven Stamkos and the Lightning.
Mike “Doc” Emrick (play-by-play) Eddie Olczyk (analyst), and Pierre McGuire (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will have the call from Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo., for the regionalized coverage of Wild-Blues, while Randy Hahn (play-by-play) and Jim Fox (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call have the call from STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, Calif., for Sharks-Kings. Dave Strader (play-by-play) and Brian Engblom (Inside-the-Glass Analyst) will provide live commentary of Bruins-Lightning.
INDYCAR GRAND PRIX OF LOUISIANA
NBCSN kicks off its 2015 Verizon IndyCar Series coverage this weekend in New Orleans with the inaugural Grand Prix of Louisiana beginning Saturday at 5 p.m. ET with qualifying races, and continuing Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET with live coverage of the Grand Prix of Louisiana.
Brian Till will provide play-by-play commentary from NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, La. Joining Till will be analysts Paul Tracy and Townsend Bell, and pit reporters Robin Miller, Marty Snider, Kevin Lee and Kelli Stavast.
In addition, NBCSN will air the first of five episodes this season of INDYCAR Chronicles tonight at 5:30 p.m. ET, featuring Schmidt Peterson Motorsports driver James Hinchcliffe. The episode follows the Toronto native as he goes karting with some Schmidt Peterson Motorsports crew members, and goes in-depth with Hinchcliffe during the season-opening Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
The Formula One season continues on NBCSN this weekend with live coverage of the F1 Chinese Grand Prix beginning Saturday morning at 3 a.m. ET with qualifying. Live coverage of the F1 Chinese Grand Prix begins Sunday at 1:30 a.m. ET, followed by F1 Extra at 4 a.m. ET.
Lead F1 announcer Leigh Diffey will call this weekend’s action joined by analysts David Hobbs and Steve Matchett. F1 insider Will Buxton will serve as the team’s on-site reporter from Shanghai International Circuit in China.
NBCSN’s presentation of the 2015 Mecum Auctions rolls into Houston this weekend. Weekend coverage begins at 2 p.m. ET Saturday, and continues Sunday at 7 p.m. ET.
NBC Sports Group’s Mecum Auctions telecast team of Scott Hoke, John Kraman, Stephen Cox, and reporter Bill Stephens will call the action. Rutledge Wood will also contribute to this week’s Mecum Auctions coverage.
World Series of Fighting returns to NBCSN tonight, highlighted by a light heavyweight bout between David Branch (15-3) and Ronny Markes (15-3).
Play-by-play announcer Todd Harris will be joined by mixed martial artists and analysts Bas Rutten and Joey Varner to call the action from Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Ledyard, Conn.
WORLD FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS
NBC continues its presentation of the 2015 World Figure Skating Championships from Shanghai this Sunday at 3 p.m. ET with the men’s and pairs’ competitions, as well as highlights from the ladies’ and ice dance events.
NBC Sports Group’s lead figure skating commentary team of analysts Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski and play-by-play announcer Terry Gannon will host coverage. Tracy Wilson will report from the Oriental Sports Center in Shanghai.
