Cameron Makes NBC Sports Group Debut Joining Arlo White in Booth for Crystal Palace v. Liverpool Sunday at 8:30 a.m. ET on CNBC
STAMFORD, Conn. – November 20, 2014 – U.S. Men’s National Team and Stoke City defender Geoff Cameron joins NBCSports.com as a special correspondent, it was announced today.
Cameron will collaborate with ProSoccerTalk’s Joe Prince-Wright on a weekly feature for the site, discussing pressing topics in the Premier League, and providing player insight and analysis. In addition, twice a month, Cameron will take over one of NBC Sports Group’s social media accounts and answer questions from fans.
“I am excited to join NBC Sports Group and am eager to learn as much as I can from NBC’s talented Premier League team,” Cameron said.

In addition to his role with NBCSports.com, Cameron will contribute to NBC Sports Group’s Premier League telecasts. Cameron makes his NBC Sports Group debut this Sunday, Nov. 23, joining Arlo White in the booth to call the Crystal Palace v. Liverpool match at 8:30 a.m. ET on CNBC. Cameron will be in the booth one day after suiting up for Stoke City in their Saturday match against Burnley (10 a.m. ET on Extra Time and NBC Sports Live Extra).
Cameron, a member of the U.S. Men’s National Team, made three appearances during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. He began his professional career in 2008 after he was drafted by the Houston Dynamo in the MLS SuperDraft and spent four-and-a-half seasons with the club. In 2012, Cameron transferred to Stoke City, where he has made 76 Premier League appearances.
