2014 ISU GRAND PRIX OF FIGURE SKATING SERIES CONTINUES WITH GRAND PRIX CHINA THIS SUN. AT 4 PM ET ON NBC

Terry Gannon and Tracy Wilson Host the Two-Hour Telecast

STAMFORD, Conn. – November 6, 2014 – NBC continues its coverage of the 2014 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series with Grand Prix China. Coverage of the men’s and ladies’ free skates begins this Sunday, Nov. 9, at 4 p.m. ET.

Highlighting the field for the U.S. in Shanghai are 2014 Olympian and U.S. silver medalist Polina Edmunds and 2011 U.S. silver medalist Richard Dornbush.

Highlighting the international field are 2014 World silver medalist Yulia Lipnitskaya, who helped lead Russia to a team gold with a top performance at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games, and 2014 Olympic gold medalist and reigning World champion Yuzuru Hanyu of Japan.

COMMENTATORS: Terry Gannon will call the action alongside analyst Tracy Wilson.

The Grand Prix Series, now in its 20th season, consists of six international events in a cumulative point-scoring format. Approximately 200 athletes from 25 countries are expected to participate in the series. The top six point-earners in each discipline qualify for the 2014 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, set for Dec. 11-14, in Barcelona, Spain.
