Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network to air All 82 Philadelphia 76ers Games

Sixers Pregame and Postgame Live will air for All Games

Fans Get to know the team in “Meet The Sixers”

PHILADELPHIA- (October 10, 2013) – Comcast SportsNet and The Comcast Network will air all 82 regular season Philadelphia 76ers games in high definition, with “Sixers Pregame Live” and “Sixers Postgame Live” airing before and after every game. The complete TV schedule can be found on CSNPhilly.com.

The Sixers broadcast team of Marc Zumoff (@MarcZumoff), Malik Rose (@MalikRose) and Molly Sullivan (@MollyESullivan) return this season.  Zumoff celebrates his 20th season calling the Sixers broadcast and his 32nd year as a part of the 76ers broadcast team. Joining Zumoff are Rose, a two time NBA champion returning for his third season as color analyst, and Molly Sullivan, who is in her second full season as a sideline reporter for the Sixers.

Throughout the season, Comcast SportsNet’s Sixers’ coverage will include daily reports with live player interviews, press conferences and practice highlights during “Philly Sports Talk” at 5 p.m., “SportsNite” at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., and “SportsRise” at 1 a.m., and online at CSNPhilly.com.  Fans can interact with every news program and Sixers show on Twitter by using the hashtag #SixersTalk.

Preseason Games

Comcast SportsNet will air two Sixers preseason games on Monday, October 14 at 7 p.m. vs. Nets, and Wednesday, October 23 at 7 p.m. vs. the Timberwolves.

Meet The Sixers

Marc Zumoff and Malik Rose host “Meet The Sixers,” a 30-minute special on the 2013-14 Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers broadcasters sit down with Sixers President of Basketball Operations and General Manager Sam Hinkie, Head Coach Brett Brown, veterans Thaddeus Young and Evan Turner, and newcomers Michael Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel, as they discuss the new-look team and the season ahead.

“Meet The Sixers” debuts on Monday, October 14 at 9:30 p.m. and will replay on Comcast SportsNet on Saturday, October 19 at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, October 20 at 11:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 22 at 7 p.m., Friday, October 25 at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 27 at 7:30 p.m.  “Meet The Sixers” will also air on The Comcast Network on Saturday, October 19 at 5 p.m., Monday, October 21 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 26 at 3:30 p.m.

Comcast SportsNet will also air “Meet The Sixers” features in “SportsNite” leading up to the home opener.  The “SportsNite” features will air on at 6 p.m., 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. on Sunday, October 27, Monday, October 28 and Tuesday, October 29.

Season Opener

On Wednesday, October 30 at 6:30 p.m., “Sixers Pregame Live” debuts from the Comcast SportsNet studios in the Wells Fargo Center. The live game broadcast of the Sixers vs. the Miami Heat will air at 7 p.m., with “Sixers Postgame Live” airing immediately following the game.

Sixers Analysts

Comcast SportsNet will air “Sixers Pregame Live” and “Sixers Postgame Live” for all Sixers regular season games and will feature analysis from former 76ers coach Jim Lynam and former Villanova University standout and NBA Champion John Celestand.

Comcast SportsNet’s Sixers Insider Dei Lynam (@dlynamCSN) will have daily coverage of the Sixers, including breaking news, extensive video and in-depth features.  CSNPhilly.com columnist John Gonzalez (@GonzoCSN) will be a frequent contributor of Sixers content, as well as hosting the online Sixers-centric show, “3 in the Key” with Marshall Harris (@MHarrisCSN). “3 in the Key” will feature a guest to debate the hot topics surrounding the Sixers, in a three-minute no holds barred discussion.
