THE ‘LIGHTS
ProFootballTalk on Friday at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network features NFL Draft coverage and analysis with Mike Florio from New York, N.Y., and Erik Kuselias, Shaun King and Rod Graves from NBC Sports Group’s International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn.
The Crossover, a 30-minute daily topical sports, entertainment and pop culture show featuring Michelle Beadle and Dave Briggs is designed for viewers who want more than basic sports news and scores. The Crossover focuses on the biggest and most topical stories of the day in the worlds of sports, pop culture and entertainment. As part of the daily show, Beadle and Briggs will welcome guests from sports and entertainment to discuss the news of the day, the sports teams they love, the projects they are working on and more.
In bonus coverage on Friday night, the league-leading Chicago Blackhawks (75 pts.), who started the season with a record-breaking 22-game point streak, host the Calgary Flames (42 pts.) at the United Center in Chicago, Ill.. Pat Foley (play-by-play) and Eddie Olczyk (analyst) will call the game at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.
NHL on NBC coverage will continue on Saturday at 3 p.m. ET with an important Atlantic Division matchup between the New Jersey Devils (46 pts.) and New York Rangers (52 pts.). The Rangers currently hold the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference, but New York is tied with the Ottawa Senators (52 pts.) in points and only hold a one-point lead over the Winnipeg Jets (51 pts.). Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick (play-by-play), Eddie Olczyk (analyst) and Pierre McGuire (‘Inside-the-Glass’) will call the action from Madison Square Garden in New York, N.Y.
Saturday night on NBC Sports Network, the Detroit Red Wings will travel to American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas., to take on the Stars (48 pts.) at 7 p.m. ET, in a game that could determine the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Dave Strader (play-by-play) and Brian Engblom (‘Inside-the-Glass’) will call the game.
In the late game on Saturday night, the defending Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings host the San Jose Sharks at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif., at 10 p.m. ET, on NBC Sports Network. The Kings and Sharks are separated by only two points and this game could determine who has home-ice advantage in the playoffs. Randy Hahn (play-by-play), Drew Remenda (analyst) and Brodie Brazil (reporter) will call the game.
In bonus coverage on Sunday night, the Ottawa Senators (52 pts.) travel to TD Bank Garden in Boston, Mass., to take on the Boston Bruins (59 pts.). The Bruins are in second place in the Eastern Conference and have clinched a spot in the playoffs, but the team is trying to stay ahead of Northeast Division rival Montreal Canadiens (59 pts.). The Senators are currently in eight place in Eastern Conference standings, but are in a very close race with the New York Rangers (52 pts.) and Winnipeg Jets (51 pts.) for the last playoff sports.
NHL studio programming throughout the 2013 season will originate from NBC Sports Group’s new, state-of-the-art International Broadcast Center located in Stamford, Conn. NHL Live, NBC Sports Network’s pregame show, will air prior to every game, usually beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.
NHL Overtime airs most weeknights at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network. NHL Overtime is hosted by Bill Patrick and former NHL C Jeremy Roenick. NHL Overtime examines all NHL games played each night and features news, highlights, and analysis.
THE PENN RELAYS: USA vs. The World
NBC Sports presents The Penn Relays, the oldest and largest track and field competition in the United States, on Saturday at 1 p.m. ET. Hosted annually since April 21, 1895 by the University of Pennsylvannia, the USA vs. the World is a series of six relays which pits the United States against some of the best countries in the worlds. Events include the men and women’s 4×100, men and women’s 4×400, men and women’s 4×800 and the men’s distance medley. Leigh Diffey, Ato Boldon and Lewis Johnson host coverage from Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa.
NBC Sports Network’s Major League Soccer coverage this weekend features the Montreal Impact (4-1-1, 13 pts.) hosting the Chicago Fire (2-4-1, 7 pts.) on Saturday, April 27, at 4 p.m. ET.
NBC Sports Group’s MLS announce team of Arlo White (play-by-play) and Kyle Martino (‘Between-the-Benches’) and Russ Thaler (analyst) will host coverage from Saputo Stadium in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
STADIUM SUPER TRUCKS
NBC Sports Network presents coverage of Stadium Super Trucks featuring Robby Gordon and side-by-side urban off-road racing. Coverage begins on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.
Points leader Rob MacCachren faces off-road stars Justin Lofton and Robby Gordon as they look to win $40,000. In addition to Stadium Super Trucks, the slate is filled with monster trucks, super buggies and super trophy kart racing.
U.S. POLO OPEN
NBC Sports Network presents the U.S. Polo Association’s Maserati U.S. Open Polo Championship this Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET. In addition to the action, the broadcast will also include special features on and off the field, along with commentary that tells the unique story of polo and its current rise in this country. The airing is co-presented by the USPA, the sport’s national governing body, along with its official apparel brand, the U.S. Polo Assn.
ROLEX EQUESTRIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, presented by Land Rover, is the Western Hemisphere’s only Four-Star three-day event. Coverage begins at 4 p.m. ET on NBC. The Rolex Equestrian Championships are part of the HSBC FEI Classics and features the world’s best horses and riders vying for their share of the $250,000 in prize money as well as a shot at the $350,000 Rolex Grand Slam of Eventing, which is awarded to any rider who wins the Rolex Kentucky, Mitsubishi Motors Badminton and Land Rover Burghley Four-Star Events in succession.

RED BULL SIGNATURE SERIES: Playstreets
Red Bull Signature Series: Playstreets features slopestyle skiing on an inner city course in Austria. Luke Van Valin and Jonny Mosely host coverage for NBC at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday.
THE HANEY PROJECT: “Gold Medal Showdown”
The project is almost complete. The most-decorated Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps, will face a surprise “Gold Medal Showdown” on the golf course with a foursome of former Olympic gold medalists on the season finale of The Haney Project hosted by Hank Haney, airing Monday, April 29, at 10 p.m. ET on Golf Channel.
