GAME 7: WASHINGTON CAPITALS-BOSTON BRUINS TONIGHT ON NBC SPORTS NETWORK
New York – April 25, 2012 – Day 15 – The first Game 7 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs airs tonight on NBC Sports Network. Coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with NHL Live on NBC Sports Network.
TONIGHT
After six games – three of which resulted in overtime play – last year’s Stanley Cup Champions, the #2 Boston Bruins, host the #7 Washington Capitals in a decisive Game 7 with both teams looking to advance to the second round. Tonight’s schedule (all times ET):

THURSDAY
The NBC Sports Network will air a Conference Quarterfinal Game 7 double-header on Thursday night with support coverage provided by the NHL Network. The #1 New York Rangers host the #8 Ottawa Senators at 7 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network. Game 7 of the New Jersey Devils-Florida Panthers series from BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Fla., will begin at 8:30 p.m. ET on NHL Network. Once the Senators-Rangers game ends, coverage of Devils-Panthers will move to NBC Sports Network until its conclusion. Extended live look-ins of Devils-Panthers will also be shown during intermissions of Senators-Rangers on NBC Sports Network. The staggered start times of 7 p.m. ET for Senators-Rangers and 8:30 p.m. ET for Devils-Panthers will allow hockey fans to watch the conclusion of both Game 7s on the NBC Sports Network. GAMES TELEVISED SO FAR
For the first time in the 95-year history of the NHL, every Stanley Cup Playoff game will be televised nationally. The NBC Sports Group will provide unprecedented access to the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs in April, May and June, televising as many as 105 playoff games and possibly more than 262.5 hours of programming. Games will be presented on NBC, the NBC Sports Network, the NHL Network, and NBCUniversal’s business channel CNBC in primetime.
