Former NFL offensive lineman Ross Tucker is an analyst on Pro Football Talk, NBCSN’s NFL studio show that airs weekdays at 5:30 p.m. ET, and a color commentator for NBCSN’s CAA and Ivy League football coverage.
Tucker joined NBC Sports Group in 2011 as a studio analyst for NBCSN’s college football and NFL coverage. Tucker has also provided color commentary for NBCSN’s CAA and Ivy League football coverage since joining NBC Sports Group.
Tucker enjoyed a seven-year NFL career, which concluded following the 2007 season and featured stints with the Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, and Cleveland Browns.
In addition to his work as an analyst on Pro Football Talk on NBCSN, Tucker provides color commentary on the YES Network’s Ivy League football coverage, serves as a co-host on Sirius/XM’s The Opening Drive on weekday mornings, is the lead NFL columnist for The Sporting News, and is the host of the Ross Tucker Football Podcast, available at RossTucker.com. Tucker has also written previously for Sports Illustrated and ESPN. In 2007, Tucker founded GoBigRecruiting.com, which allows high school student-athletes to submit videos and information to college coaches.
In addition to his work in and around the game of football, Tucker is a motivational speaker, and has done more than 100 speaking engagements for various organizations, drawing upon his career in football and experiences following his retirement.
Tucker attended Princeton University, where he was a four-year starter, earned All-Ivy honors in 2000, and was a two-time Academic All-American. He is a native of Wyomissing, Pa.
