Manchester United (v. Leicester City) & Chelsea (at Wolverhampton Wanderers) Make Season Debuts on NBC Sports Gold’s “Premier League Pass” this Weekend; Available Now for $64.99

STAMFORD, Conn. – September 10, 2019 – NBC Sports’ Premier League action returns this weekend, highlighted by Norwich City v. Manchester City this Saturday, September 14 at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Universo. Second-place Manchester City are unbeaten in their last 18 Premier League matches and aim to continue applying pressure on first-place Liverpool with three points over Norwich City. Arlo White calls the match, joined by Lee Dixon.

This weekend’s Premier League coverage begins at 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Mornings, followed by a doubleheader on NBCSN and Universo. Kicking off at 7:30 a.m. ET, Mohamed Salah and Liverpool host Newcastle at Anfield. While first-place Liverpool are the only team to win all four of their Premier League matches this season, Newcastle look to keep building momentum, as they are unbeaten in their last two matches.

At 10 a.m. ET, Harry Kane and Tottenham host fourth-place Crystal Palace on NBCSN. Tottenham look for their first win since opening weekend, while Crystal Palace aim to build on their best start in four seasons. Also at 10 a.m. ET, NBC Sports Gold offers exclusive coverage of four matches: Manchester United v. Leicester City, Brighton & Hove Albion v. Burnley, Sheffield United v. Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Chelsea.

Live coverage on Sunday, September 15 begins at 7 a.m. ET with NBCSN’s newly expanded two-hour Premier League Mornings, followed by a doubleheader on NBCSN: Bournemouth v. Everton begins at 9 a.m. ET, followed by Watford v. Arsenal at 11:30 a.m. ET. Arsenal sit just outside of the top-4, while Watford look for their first win of the Premier League season. White calls the match, joined by Dixon.

Following the match, NBCSN presents a new episode of THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW, hosted by popular soccer personalities Michael Davies and Roger Bennett at 2:30 p.m. ET.  Sunday’s episode premieres from the British Embassy and features several special guests, including Wayne Rooney, U.S. Women’s National Team breakout star Rose Lavelle, and Deputy British Ambassador to the U.S., Michael Tatham.

Also on Sunday, the season premiere of Promoted, hosted by Roger Bennett, debuts with back-to-back episodes about Norwich City and Sheffield United respectively. In the Norwich City edition, which airs at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN, Bennett sits down with Canaries forward Teemu Pukki, head coach Daniel Farke, and defender Max Aarons among others to discuss their journey back to the Premier League. Episode two, which focuses on Sheffield United, airs at 3:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN and features interviews with forward Billy Sharp, manager Chris Wilder, and club legend Brian Deane, scorer of the first goal in Premier League history, as they chat about the ups and downs of Sheffield United as a club, as well as the city of Sheffield.

This week’s match coverage concludes on Monday, September 16 with Premier League Live at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN, followed by Aston Villa v. West Ham. Aston Villa look to break away from the relegation zone, while West Ham aim to extend their three-match unbeaten streak. NBCSN presents Goal Zone at 5 p.m. ET, followed by another new episode of THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW at 5:30 p.m. ET featuring an interview with Washington Redskins’ Josh Norman.

Rebecca Lowe hosts Goal Zone, Premier League Mornings, and Premier League Live this weekend, joined by former USMNT player Kyle Martino and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe.

“INSIDE THE MIND” OF ALAN SHEARER

NBC Sports continues this season of “Inside the Mind” with a new four-part series featuring Premier League top scorer goal scorer Alan Shearer. On this week’s episode, Shearer joins Steve Bower as he reflects on the beginning of his career, his decision to join Southampton, and his debut for the club in the First Division. New episodes of “Inside the Mind” will be available every Friday at NBC Sports’ YouTube Channel.

CROSSROADS

This week’s episode of “CROSSROADS” focuses on the outstanding performances and crucial goals by West Ham’s Carlos Tevez that helped save his team from relegation in the 2006-07 Premier League season. This week’s episode will be available exclusively on NBC Sports’ YouTube Channel (available Saturday, September 14).

THE 2 ROBBIES PODCAST

Robbie Mustoe and Robbie Earle discuss and dissect the top Premier League storylines after every match day on The 2 Robbies podcast. On the latest episode, Earle and Mustoe review Match Week 4 of the Premier League season highlighted by Arsenal’s thrilling comeback against Tottenham in the North London Derby.
