NBC SPORTS PRESENTS 36 HOURS OF PROGRAMMING FOR “PYEONGCHANG REVISITED” STARTING MON., FEB. 11 ON OLYMPIC CHANNEL: HOME OF TEAM USA

“PyeongChang Revisited” Highlights the Best Stories and Competitions From the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics

Gold Medal Performances by Mikaela Shiffrin, Shaun White, and Chloe Kim Among Featured Competitions

Special Presentations Begin Monday, Feb. 11, at Noon ET, and Continue through Wednesday, Feb. 13 on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA

STAMFORD, Conn. – February 8, 2019 – Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA presents “PyeongChang Revisited,” a special slate of 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics programming featuring 36 hours of content, beginning Monday, Feb. 11 at Noon ET, and continuing through Wednesday, Feb. 13.

“PyeongChang Revisited” debuts one year after the Olympics returned to South Korea for the first time in 30 years and features 29 different shows, including episodes of “Return to PyeongChang” and “Olympic Classics,” which look back at the best competitions from PyeongChang featuring gold medal performances by U.S. stars Mikaela Shiffrin, Shaun White, Chloe Kim, and many more. “Olympics Classics: PyeongChang Gold” will also feature two three-hour episodes highlighting gold medal winning performances from the U.S. women’s hockey team and the U.S. curling team, led by John Shuster.

This programming will stream concurrently on OlympicChannel.com, the Olympic Channel app, NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app.

“PyeongChang Revisited” will also feature original programs, beginning with “PyeongChang Stories” on Monday, Feb. 11, at 12 p.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA. Hosted by NBC Olympics correspondent Jimmy Roberts, the program provides a distinctive look into the culture and people of PyeongChang around the 2018 Winter Games. In addition, “Olympic Winter Tales” premieres on Monday, Feb. 11 at 1 p.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA. This new series includes four episodes taking viewers behind the scenes of some of their favorite sports at the Winter Olympics, including ice hockey and curling.

Also featured in the 36 hours of programming on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will be documentaries on the historic unified Korean women’s hockey team, which brought together players from North and South Korea, and the U.S. sled hockey team that won gold at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.
