NBC SPORTS PRESENTS EXTENSIVE, PRE-MATCH COVERAGE WITH PITCH-SIDE DESK TO PREVIEW MANCHESTER CITY V. LIVERPOOL TOMORROW AT 2 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

Arlo White Calls the Match Between Two of Top 3 Clubs in Premier League Table, Joined by Lee Dixon; Phil Neville Joins the Pair to Provide Pre-Match Commentary from Pitch-Side Location

STAMFORD, Conn. – January 2, 2019 – To set up tomorrow’s massive matchup on NBCSN between 3rd-place Manchester City and 1st-place Liverpool, NBC Sports will present wall-to-wall, pre-match coverage live from the pitch at Etihad Stadium. Arlo White and Lee Dixon, who will call the match, will be joined on NBCSN’s Premier League Live at 2 p.m. ET – a full hour before kickoff – by England Women’s national team manager, and former Manchester United standout Phil Neville to capture the live player scene at a pitch-side desk.

NBC Sports will utilize on-air teams in the U.S. and the U.K. leading up to the match. Rebecca Lowe will be joined by former U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Kyle Martino, and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe from NBC Sports’ International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn., while White, Dixon, and Neville will capture the match environment at Etihad Stadium.

Viewers will have a front-row seat to player warm-up coverage, starting when players take the pitch (roughly 2:15 p.m. ET) until they head back into the dressing room (roughly 2:45 p.m. ET), and then again as the players return to the tunnel just prior to kickoff. Coverage will include a breakdown of all 22 starting players in a pre-match “on the pitch” segment.

NBCSN and Universo will televise the match at 3 p.m. ET.

Premier League games on NBC and NBCSN will be streamed on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app — NBC Sports Group’s live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and connected TVs. Coverage will be streamed via “TV Everywhere,” giving consumers additional value for their subscription service, and making high quality content available to MVPD customers both in and out of the home and on multiple platforms. The NBC Sports app is powered by Playmaker Media and available on the iTunes App Store, Google Play, Roku Channel Store, Apple TV and Amazon Fire.
