Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA Presents Encore Coverage of all Events Monday, Dec. 10 – Thursday, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. ET

STAMFORD, Conn. – Dec. 4, 2018 – The 2018 Grand Prix of Figure Skating concludes with the Grand Prix Final from Vancouver with live, commercial-free coverage of each event on NBC Sports Gold’s “Figure Skating Pass,” beginning this Thursday at 10:45 p.m. ET with the men’s short program.

NBCSN’s live coverage begins this Friday at 11:30 p.m. ET with pairs’ short and men’s free competitions, while NBC presents coverage of the men’s and ladies’ free skates on Sunday at 4 p.m. ET. Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA will present daily encore coverage of all programs at 8 p.m. ET Monday, Dec. 10 – Thursday, Dec. 13.

U.S. Olympic medalist Nathan Chen headlines the American contingent, which also includes 2018 world silver medalist ice dancers Madison Hubbell and Zach Donohue. Chen competes as the reigning World Champion and has not lost a Grand Prix event since 2016. He faces 2018 Olympic silver medalist Shoma Uno of Japan, who placed second in last year’s Grand Prix Final after finishing 0.5 points behind Chen. The ladies’ event will feature PyeongChang Olympic champion Alina Zagitova, who aims to win her second straight Grand Prix Final.

Terry Gannon handles play-by-play for the NBC and NBCSN broadcasts, joined by 1998 Olympic gold medalist Tara Lipinski and three-time U.S. champion Johnny Weir. 2006 Olympic ice dance silver medalist Tanith White will call remaining competitions for Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA, joined by Lipinski and Weir for men’s, ladies’ and pairs’ programs and Ben Agosto for ice dance.

The Grand Prix Series, now in its 24th season, consists of six international events in a cumulative point-scoring format. Each athlete is eligible to score points in up to two of the six scheduled events. The top six point-earners in each discipline have qualified for this week’s 2018 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.
