STAMFORD, Conn. – October 3, 2018 – NBC Sports continues its month of live marathon coverage with the Chicago Marathon this Sunday, October 7, at 8 a.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and NBC Sports Gold.

Live, commercial-free coverage of the Chicago Marathon will be streamed with a subscription to NBC Sports Gold’s “Track and Field Pass.” Coverage on NBCSN will be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app. Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA content will be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com, OlympicChannel.com, the NBC Sports app, and the Olympic Channel app.

Four-time Olympic gold medalist Mo Farah headlines the men’s race alongside his former training mate, American and two-time Olympic medalist Galen Rupp, who is the defending champion in Chicago. The women’s race features American Gwen Jorgensen, who won the first-ever Olympic triathlon gold medal for the U.S. in 2016. In the women’s wheelchair race, 17-time Paralympic medalist Tatyana McFadden seeks her eighth straight Chicago Marathon victory and ninth in the last 10 years.

Live coverage continues with the Amsterdam Marathon Sunday, October 21, at 2:30 a.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold, with an encore presentation at 11 a.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA.
