STAMFORD, Conn. – July 30, 2018 – NBC Sports presents more than 30 hours of comprehensive coverage across seven days of the 2018 World Badminton Championships from Nanjing, China, beginning today at 5 p.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA. Coverage concludes Sunday, Aug. 5, at 5 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Comprehensive live coverage of the event is available on OlympicChannel.com and the Olympic Channel app. Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA content will be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com, OlympicChannel.com, the NBC Sports app, and the Olympic Channel app.

One of the top international events of the year, the World Badminton Championships features American Beiwen Zhang, who recently earned silver at the U.S. Open in June and won the India Open earlier this year. The United States last won a badminton world title (men’s doubles) in 2005.
