NBC and NBCSN to Feature Live Coverage of All 21 Stages of Tour de France

STAMFORD, Conn. – July 10, 2018 – NBC Sports continues its record 365+ hours of live, primetime, and encore coverage of the 105th Tour de France, across NBC, NBCSN, and the NBC Sports Gold app with Tour Primetime tonight at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Tonight’s Tour Primetime show will have an edition of “Ask Bobke,” where analyst Bob Roll will explain why the riders sign in each morning and how the Tour riders of today would stand up against the great Eddy Merckx. The show will include interviews with from Stage 4 winner, Fernando Gaviria, his second stage win this Tour; Peter Sagan, Stage 4 runner-up and green jersey leader; and yellow jersey-holder Greg Van Avermaet. In addition, Roll and analyst Christian Vande Velde will preview tomorrow’s Stage 5 and provide their predictions.

Live coverage of the Tour de France continues tomorrow, Wednesday, July 11, at 7:30 a.m. ET with Stage 5 from La Baule to Sarzeau. Live streaming coverage of Stage 5 will begin tomorrow at 6:10 a.m. ET on NBC Sports Gold.

 Phil Liggett (play-by-play) and Paul Sherwen (analyst), the voices of cycling, will call the race action for NBC Sports’ coverage. The 105th Tour de France marks Liggett and Sherwen’s 33rd year calling the race together. Liggett and Sherwen will be joined in France by former professional cyclist and analyst Jens Voigt. Voigt won the Critérium International a record five times, and has two Tour de France stage wins. Paul Burmeister will host daily pre-race, post-race and primetime studio coverage, along with former professional cyclist and analyst Christian Vande Velde and analyst Bob Roll. Steve Schlanger and Steve Porino (‘Inside-the-Race’) will serve as reporters.
