Series Features Multiple U.S. Olympic Gold Medalists

STAMFORD, Conn. – May 15, 2017 – Five-time Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky headlines live coverage of the 2018 TYR Pro Swim Series this week from Indianapolis, Ind., across NBCSN, Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA, and NBC Sports Group’s digital platforms. Coverage from the Indiana University Natatorium begins Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app, and continues this Friday, May 18, at 7 p.m. ET on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA before concluding this Saturday, May 19, at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Ledecky is expected to compete every night.

NBCSN coverage will also be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app. Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA content will be streamed via authentication on NBCSports.com, OlympicChannel.com, the NBC Sports app, and the Olympic Channel app.

Ledecky, who won four gold medals at the Rio Olympics in 2016, is slated to make her professional swimming debut and will compete alongside several U.S. Olympic gold medalists, including Nathan Adrian, Matt Grevers, Lilly King, Simone Manuel and Allison Schmitt. This marks the first competition for both Manuel and Ledecky since they led Stanford to a second consecutive NCAA women’s title in March.

Jason Knapp (play-by-play) will call the action on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and NBCSN on Friday and Saturday, alongside three-time Olympic gold medalist and analyst Rowdy Gaines.

Coverage of Olympic Sports on NBC Sports Group platforms is a presentation of the Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA.
