1998 U.S. Women’s Hockey Gold Medalist AJ Mleczko to Serve as Analyst for Red Wings-Bruins Tomorrow at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN

Brad Marchand and Boston Bruins Visit Patrick Kane and Chicago Blackhawks in Original Six Clash Sunday at 12 p.m. ET on NBC

STAMFORD, Conn. – March 5, 2018 – NBCSN’s Wednesday Night Rivalry features the Battle of Pennsylvania, as Sidney Crosby and the defending two-time Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins visit Claude Giroux and the Philadelphia Flyers at 8 p.m. ET. Pre-game coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker and Super Bowl champion Mychal Kendricks will join Emmy Award-winner Pierre McGuire ‘Inside-the-Glass’ from Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia during the first period for Penguins-Flyers. In addition, Kendricks will join John Forslund (play-by-play) and U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame member Eddie Olczyk (analyst) for NBCSN’s pre-game and intermission coverage.

This week’s NHL coverage begins tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, when Mitch Marner and the Toronto Maple Leafs visit Sam Reinhart and the Buffalo Sabres. Coverage continues on Tuesday with an NBCSN doubleheader, as Brad Marchand and the Boston Bruins host Dylan Larkin and the Detroit Red Wings at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN, followed by Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals vs. Ryan Getzlaf and the Anaheim Ducks at 10 p.m. ET.

AJ Mleczko, who was a member of the U.S. women’s hockey team that won a gold medal in the inaugural Olympic tournament in 1998, is will serve as an analyst for Red Wings-Bruins on NBCSN tomorrow night alongside Chris Cuthbert (play-by-play) and Brian Boucher (‘Inside-the-Glass’ analyst).

Coverage continues on Sunday, as the Marchand-led Bruins travel to the Windy City to face Patrick Kane and the Chicago Blackhawks in an Original Six clash at 12 p.m. ET on NBC, and concludes with Stars-Penguins at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT RIVALRY – PENGUINS-FLYERS AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Penguins (37-25-4, 78 pts) improved to 7-3-0 in their last 10 games, as Crosby netted the game-winner in a 3-2 overtime win against the New York Islanders on Saturday. Pittsburgh is currently three points behind Washington (37-21-7, 81 pts) and one point behind Philadelphia in the Metropolitan Division.

The Flyers (34-21-11, 79 pts) look to rebound from a three-game losing streak that was preceded by a 10-0-2 record to close out February. Through 66 games, Giroux ranks fourth in the NHL in points (78), while teammate Jakub Voracek ranks first in assists (57).

BRUINS-BLACKHAWKS – SUNDAY AT 12 P.M. ET ON NBC

The Bruins (40-15-8, 88 pts) extended their winning streak to three games with a 2-1 overtime win against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday. Marchand, who leads the team in points (61), netted the game-winner in overtime. Newly acquired Rick Nash has potted a goal in two of his four games with Boston.

The Blackhawks (28-30-8, 64 pts) split their last two games, including a 5-3 win over the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday. Kane and Jonathan Toews contributed to four unanswered goals to help snap Chicago’s seven-game road losing streak.

Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick (play-by-play), Olczyk (analyst) and McGuire will call Bruins-Blackhawks from United Center in Chicago.

RED WINGS-BRUINS – TUESDAY AT 7 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Red Wings (26-29-10, 62 pts) look to snap a three-game losing streak in their fourth regular-season matchup with the Bruins. Detroit is 0-2-1 against Boston this season. Through 65 games, Larkin leads the Red Wings in both assists (39) and points (48).

MAPLE LEAFS-SABRES – TONIGHT AT 7:30 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Maple Leafs (39-21-7, 85 pts) hope to snap a three-game losing streak that continued on Saturday with a 5-2 loss to the Washington Capitals in their NHL Stadium Series game at the U.S. Naval Academy on NBC. Marner has 53 points this season to lead Toronto, who are currently without second-year standout Auston Matthews.

The Sabres (20-34-11, 51 pts) are 3-2-0 in their last five games, which included victories against Boston and Tampa Bay, despite the absence of Jack Eichel, who leads the team with 53 points.

John Forslund (play-by-play) and Shane Hnidy (‘Inside-the-Glass’ analyst) will call Maple Leafs-Sabres from KeyBank Center in Buffalo.

CAPITALS-DUCKS – TUESDAY AT 10 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Capitals (37-21-7, 81 pts) have won three of their last four games and are currently two points ahead of the Flyers in the Metropolitan Division. Alex Ovechkin scored his 40th goal of the season and the 598th of his career in a 5-2 victory over the Maple Leafs in Saturday’s Stadium Series matchup.

The Ducks (33-21-12, 78 pts) are 6-1-1 in their last eight games, and have outscored their opponents 10-5 in their last two outings. Anaheim is one point behind San Jose (35-22-9, 79 pts) in the Pacific Division standings.

Joe Beninati (play-by-play) and Craig Laughlin (‘Inside-the-Glass’ analyst) will call Capitals-Ducks from Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif.

STARS-PENGUINS – SUNDAY AT 7:30 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The Stars (37-23-5, 79 pts) split their last two games in overtime and currently hold the first wild card spot in the Western Conference. Through 65 games, Tyler Seguin leads Dallas with 60 points.
