STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 9, 2018 – NBCSN will showcase more than 25 hours of Mecum Auctions’ Kissimmee auction – the world’s largest annual collector-car auction – beginning Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m. ET. Mecum Auctions returned to Kissimmee, Fla., last week for the start of its annual 10-day, 3,000-car auction, to kick off the 2018 season.

This week’s auction from Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Fla., will feature more than 3,000 classic and collector vehicles ranging from entry-level collectibles to multimillion-dollar auctions, including a 2018 Bugatti Chiron. This marks the first time ever a car of its kind has hit the auction block, an estimated one of 70 produced annually, and is expected to fetch more than $1 million.

Numerous vehicles that can eclipse or approach $1 million include: a 1969 Camaro ZL1, a 1970 E-Body Pilot, a 1965 Shelby 289 Cobra Roadster, and a 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari, among others. Other vehicles up for auction include world-class drag cars, top-shelf vintage American muscle cars, Hemi-equipped Mopars, Porsches, Shelbys, Corvettes, Mustangs and more.

NBCSN will present more than 25 hours of coverage from Kissimmee, beginning with a three-hour live window tomorrow at 2 p.m. ET, followed by eight hours of live coverage Thursday at noon ET, and seven hours of live coverage on Friday beginning at noon ET. NBCSN will air same-day delay coverage on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET, and Sunday at 10:30 p.m. ET.

NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app – NBC Sports Group’s live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, tablets and connected TVs – will stream this week’s Mecum Auctions coverage.

Scott Hoke will host coverage on-site in Kissimmee, alongside analysts John Kraman and Stephen Cox, and reporters Bill Stephens and Katie Osborne.
