NFL
NBC’s Sunday Night Football features two teams in the playoff chase, as Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys travel to Oakland, Calif., to face Derek Carr and the Oakland Raiders at Oakland Alameda Coliseum. Coverage begins with Football Night in America this Sunday, Dec. 17, at 7 p.m. ET, on NBC.

Calling Cowboys-Raiders are Al Michaels (play-by-play), Cris Collinsworth; and sideline reporter Michele Tafoya.

Football Night in America is hosted by Mike Tirico, who will report on-site from Oakland Alameda Coliseum, and Dan Patrick, who will host from Studio 1 at NBC Sports Group’s International Broadcast Center in Stamford, Conn. Patrick is joined by Tony Dungy, Rodney Harrison, and Mike FlorioPaul Burmeister will report from Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Patriots-Steelers.

 

NHL
NBC Sports continues its NHL coverage this weekend with the Montreal Canadiens at Ottawa Senators on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN

 

PREMIER LEAGUE
Manchester City became the first club to win 14 successive English top-flight matches in a single season with their 2-1 win against rivals Manchester United on Sunday, and look to continue the streak against Swansea City tomorrow, Wednesday, December 13, at 2:45 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage begins at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Live.

Mid-week Premier League action begins today, Tuesday, December 12, at 2 p.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN immediately followed by Huddersfield Town v. third-place Chelsea at 3 p.m. ET.

Weekend Premier League coverage begins this Saturday, December 16, at 6:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by Leicester City v. Crystal Palace at 7:30 a.m. ET. This weekend’s competition will determine the 2018 U.S. Olympic Short Track team. Live coverage begins Friday at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN with men’s and women’s 1500m, followed by live coverage of men’s and women’s 500m Saturday on NBC at 2:30 p.m. ET. Coverage concludes Sunday with live coverage of men’s and women’s 1000m at 1 p.m. ET on NBC.

Ted Robinson (play-by-play), Apolo Ohno (analyst), and Andrea Joyce(reporter) will call the action on Friday and Saturday, and Steve Schlanger will handle play-by-play duties on Sunday.

 

U.S. OLYMPIC TRIALS – MIXED DOUBLES CURLING
Mixed doubles curling makes its Olympic debut in PyeongChang, South Korea, and the U.S. Olympic Trials in Blaine, Minn., will determine which Americans will compete in the inaugural tournament.

Live coverage continues on Friday at 4 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage resumes Saturday at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN with the semifinal and concludes on Sunday with live coverage of the final at 4 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

WOMEN’S HOCKEY – TEAM USA VS. TEAM CANADA
Team USA and Team Canada continue their rivalry in women’s ice hockey with the seventh of eight pre-Olympic meetings between the two countries beginning Friday at 10 p.m. ET on NBCSN from SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. Team Canada defeated Team USA, 2-1, in overtime on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

Gord Miller (play-by-play), A.J. Mleczko (analyst) and Leila Rahimi (reporter) will call the action.

 

FIS ALPINE SKIING WORLD CUP
NBC Sports Group continues its live coverage of the FIS Alpine Skiing Worl Cup this Friday at 6 a.m. ET on Olympic Channel.

Steve Schlanger (play-by-play) and Steve Porino (analyst) will call the men’s Super-G on Friday, and Porino and Doug Lewis will anchor coverage throughout the rest of the weekend.

Nine World Golf Hall of Fame members – including Jack Nicklaus – lead the field of 20 past major (or PLAYERS) champions competing this weekend in the 20th edition of the PNC Father/Son Challenge. The two-day, 36-hole event will feature 20 teams competing in a two-man scramble format, with coverage airing on both Golf Channel and NBC on Saturday and Sunday, beginning on Saturday at 11 a.m. ET on Golf Channel.

Play-by-play commentator Steve Sands is joined by Peter Jacobsen (analyst), with Notah Begay and Jim “Bones” McKay from the course. David Feherty contributes from the tower.

Justin Rose and Brandt Snedeker headline the field at the Indonesian Masters on the Asian Tour, with overnight coverage airing live on Golf Channel, Saturday at 12 a.m. ET and 10 p.m. ET.
